Our parties are 1 1/2 hours in length. We encourage you to bring your cameras to capture the fun!   We will get you going with a warm up, some great hip movements, our signature wall choreography, pole tricks and a chair dance that will have you all feeling like the ultimate goddess! We top it all off with a toast of sparkling cider to you and your amazing group of women.
